Behind but Not Out: Premise

I'm behind, but I'm not out in Nano.  I just finished work on my premise, one of the key pieces to making this lucid pantsing work.  Here it is:

On the moon Neith, magic survives, buried deep within the tombs and necropolises of the Geofacts.  Companies profit from raids led by dowsers who navigate the shifting passages and inconstant doors.

Dowsers like Emmit Masters, an up-and-comer at Waster until the owner's lover decided he wanted to be a dowser, too.  For a while, Emmit carried the man's weight, perhaps too well.  For his troubles, and to make room for the lover, he was fired on the grounds of incompetency and offered double rations on the dole if he "burned" his name, blacklisting himself from doing any dowsing work for rival companies.

But it is not just his career path they have destroyed, it is his name, his honor, and he wants it back.  So, Emmit will descend into the same tomb that got him "fired," evade the deadly tomb guardians on his own, and hunt down the greatest treasure Neith has ever known.  In doing so, he will ruin Waster's name, proving Emmit Masters is not a man to be burned.
My remaining goal for tonight and maybe tomorrow is to really know my world and main character.  That way I do not run into speed bumps of having to research or invent details that may or may not jive with my premise.
